Just the 2 selections from me today in what looks to be an uninspiring day of racing.




13.30 Taunton
This is easily the best race on the cards today... 3 horses at the head of the market, but I have to side with Oldrick. This Philip Hobbs runner was not suited by the slow pace on chase debut and started travelling and jumping much better once the pace quickened. There will be a pace setter in this race and Oldrick is my best chance today.

WINNER - Jumped really well.


14.20 Musselburgh
Simply Ned is taking on his first handicap on a mark that I believe will look far too small by the end of today. This gelding has won a maiden and novice hurdle at minimum fuss and should take this before going onto better things.
