Good morning all. I eased myself back into the racing yesterday with just the 2 selections. Sadly, they both finished 2nd, which is horrible. I have 2 strong selections today with 2 e/w's that I believe have an excellent chance.
13.10 Southwell
Corkage is VERY well weighted in this race. He was running off just 3lbs lower when certain to win a chase race 2 runs ago before tipping up at the final fence, and then went on to win very well over hurdles on today's mark. Providing he gets round (which I believe he will) then he should win this rather easily.
NAP
5-2 best price.

Kateal has been in fine form since his return and I believe he can take this chase debut really well. Nick Williams is in pretty good form too, and I am expecting a win here.
N.B
9-4 Best price.

Glens Boy was a winner last time out, until it was collared on the line by Plum Pudding due to a loose horse hampering. This gelding has gone up 9lbs for that but I do not believe this can stop him today. The 6-1 is e/w value.
N.N.B
6-1 best price.

Most people will think I am crazy going against Grumeti here. But to be honest, I'm actually not going against him. I believe if the race is run to suit for Grumeti, then he will win. However, he was officially 9lbs lower than Art History on the flat, and with the jockey allowance, Grumeti is 10lbs higher than Art History here. Grumeti is 4-7 now and Art History 11-2. At those prices I'll happily take the 11-2 for Art History.
E/W Selection
11-2 Best price.
2nd
Good luck all!
